
- 4 c ham diced
- 2 c milk
- 1/2 cornstarch
- 6-7 small potatoes, peeled and diced
- 6 c water
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 2 tbsp house seasoning
In small mixing bowl whisk milk & cornstarch till smooth and cornstarch is dissolved. Add all ingredients to a large pot and cook on medium till potatoes are soft and a fork can be pushed through.



This is a very tasty dish to have on a chilly fall day. I enjoyed it very much even though it was in the 90s on the day she made it.
