Sauerkraut Sausage Casserole

  • 1 box of Cheesy AuGratin potatoes
  • 1 can of Bavarian style sauerkraut, well drained
  • 4 links of smoked sausage, cooked & diced in bite size pieces

Prepare potatoes according to box, then spread into a small casserole dish.  Spoon sauerkraut over potatoes.  Sprinkle sausage on top, then place into a 350 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes to heat through.  Serve.

    Yup – it’s true. I don’t eat saurkraut. I can’t even stand the smell of it. Everyone who tried this said it was real good, though, so don’t take my word for it – take theirs.
