Chicken Parmesan for Cheaters



Cook noodles according to package, drain and place in oil sprayed casserole.  Pour sauce over noodles, spreading across top(not stirring).

Place frozen chicken nuggets over sauce evenly, sprinkle with bread crumbs approximately 1/2 pkg, more if desired.

Bake according to chicken nugget package or till bread crumbs are golden. At about 5 minutes till done, remove and add the cheese on top and place back in oven to complete cooking and cheese melts.

Chicken Yo Mine

Not Perfect Chinese but it taste good, and it’s mine


  • 3-6 chicken breast, thawed,(pre-marinated in a bowl with tariyaki flavor,optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 large pkg frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 pkg frozen snap pea mixed medley
  • 1/2 c. Panda Express Mandarin sauce
  • 1 can water chestnuts


In an oiled Lodge cast iron dutch oven with lid, place chicken, sprinkle with my house seasoning or pepper.  Cover and place in a cold oven and bake on 250 degrees for an hour.

Remove from oven, cover chicken with frozen vegetables, chestnuts, bake for 45 minutes to an hour on same temperature; less time if vegetables are not still frozen.

Remove; with a spatula or wooden spoon, break up chicken.  Stir in mandarin sauce.  Serve over cooked linguine.
