Home made spaghetti / marinara sauce

This recipe is enough to feed a large crowd, such as a pot luck at church. I will follow this recipe with 2 more recipes for the left overs.

Versatile Spinach, This recipe is called versatile because of the various flavors that can be injected into the recipe. The following recipe is how I made it the first time, after I will give flavor options with slightly different ingredients.

My House Seasoning

Stir all ingredients together and let sit. Refrigerate over night or for an hour or two, just to let the dry ingredients blend in. Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed so that olive oil is not congealed.
