- 6 small potatoes, cubed (peeled or not)
- 2 c. sour cream
- 15 slices of bacon cooked and coarsely chopped
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
Boil potatoes for 30 minutes, stir in large bowl potatoes, sour cream, bacon, butter and pepper till coated evenly, then place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, pull out, sprinkle top with the cheese and return to cook another 10 minutes.


These are very tasty. I’m not a big sour cream fan, but it fits in well with the rest of the ingredients.
