- 10 lbs bag of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 c yellow mustard
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 c sliced salad olives
Boil peeled & diced potatoes for at least an hour or till soft and a fork can be pushed through easily.
drain, let cool before adding mayonnaise
add all other ingredients, stir well and chill till ready to serve.
