- 1 lb. ground hamburger, browned & drained
- 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, browned & drained
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, halved & sliced
- 1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables (thawed)
- 1 – 2 c. elbow noodles before cooked
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 tsp black pepper
in pan cook noodles according to package.
while noodles cook, brown hamburger and pork sausage in fry pan and drain.
add smoked sausage and cook till s. sausage is browned slightly or heated well.
add cooked & drained noodles, tomatoes, vegetables & pepper.
cook on medium till warmed completely, turn to simmer till serve time or serve now.
